PLEASE READ 💕 Sweet Lil Blue is a modest, cute, cosy basement apartment. The home is 100+ years old, so expect nice creaks and quirks! It offers clean linens, towels, toiletries, plus coffee, tea, and basics for your stay. Ceilings are ~7ft — fair warning for tall guests! On the cusp of East End and Downtown, it’s walkable to major amenities, trails, and 9 mins to the airport. I'm nearby, responsive, and happy to help with anything you need. Newfoundland Beach House

As waterfront as you can get! Perched on the coastline in beautiful Conception Bay (15-20 minute drive from St. John's airport & downtown) the views from this property are amazing. People who enjoy nature - watching whales breach, icebergs melt, seabirds frolic, storms brew, fishermen fish, the sun set, or those who like to hike, kayak, dive, generally explore - will especially appreciate this unique property and the experiences it offers. (House has great wifi too for those remote workers:)

Please note, smoking (including cannabis), parties, or loud activities are not allowed. Ideal for business travelers or a quiet, relaxing stay.
