Newly arrived in Birmingham, this place made it feel like home. Everything you can need in a home was available. Jennifer was so nice and always quick to respond. One of the best experiences I’ve had ever. Everything is modern just like the photos. Kitchen is fully equipped which makes it easier for a longer stay. Place overall was awesome and can’t recommend her enough. Thank you.

Paul’s house is clean and the bed is very comfortable. It is a real home from home and a great place to stay. The parking at the back is a real bonus.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Apartments. Julie is an excellent host, who was very accommodating despite me changing our arrival time a few times. She met us at the apartment to show us around. It is beautifully decorated & has everything you could possibly need. Even snacks, milk & food in the freezer. Julie went above & beyond by giving us some cupcakes & candles as she knew it was my daughter’s birthday (very kind x). Very well located for the NEC & the village is really nice. We went to the Soho Tavern for dinner, which was very tasty. Would definitely recommend the apartment & will book again when we are in Birmingham again. Thank you!

Comfortable, very clean and well equipped. Apartment was equipped with all essentials, including milk, cereals, bottled water, washing up and laundry detergents. Location was fantastic for 2 days at NEC- quicker and cheaper to get bus from the apartment directly to NEC than to use the NEC parking. Would definitely recommend or stay again.

This place was everything we needed - but better. Monica and Phillip were perfect hosts. There was cheese and ham in the fridge and for breakfast delicious fresh fruit and yoghurt. We had use of a beautiful sunny garden and the flat was spacious and well equipped. I would recommend to others without hesitation. Thank you Monica, we loved staying at your place.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ray’s place! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and peaceful stay. The location was perfect, and everything was exactly as described—if not better. Honestly, the pictures don’t do justice to how lovely and well-kept the apartment truly is. Ray was an incredible host: kind, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and always made us feel welcome. You can truly tell he cares about his guests and their experience. We’re so grateful for the hospitality and would absolutely love to stay here again in the future. Great place, slept very well as the area is very quiet and it was a comfortable bed. Super clean room, bathroom and eating space, had everything I needed. Mini fridge was more like a tiny personal fridge, but Emma also offered a cool bag if I needed more space for my things. She kindly provided porridge and cereal for breakfast, as well as coffee and tea. Was a really great stay overall, can’t fault it!

I used this place whilst attending a conference in Nuneaton. Andy was around when I arrived and I received a great welcome. Great place for the business or leisure traveller. Off road parking and amenities fairly close by. No complaints and very good value for money considering the amount of space you get and use of the garden.

Extremely convenient for access to the NEC, and Solihull nearby for any other amenities or needs. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable surroundings. Definitely recommend.

Teresa and Kevin’s place is lovely. Although in their house don’t be put off by this it’s all your own space and completely private. Balcony is an amazing bonus especially in nice weather. Beautiful home and surroundings, safe and quiet and lovely countryside just what we wanted. Thanks so much

Car was on the driveway right next to the apartment nice and clean nice comfortable clean bed big TV exactly what I needed before a long day at Master Mind great sleep overall very happy the only one very very slight thing I may wanted more is blackout curtainsas I don’t sleep very well and the light wakes me up

Nice, modern 1 bed flat only 10 mins or so walk from New Street Station. Flat was comfortable and well appointed, plenty of bars, restaurants, shops etc. a couple of mins away. Khalli was responsive and pleasant and gave us easy to follow instructions for check in. Would happily stay here again if I needed something in Birmingham.

I stayed here for around 40 days and honestly, it felt like a home away from home. The hosts are incredibly responsive and kind — they replied to any queries I had almost instantly, and were sweet enough to accommodate a late checkout when I requested it. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures: cosy, clean, and very inviting. The pantry was well stocked with essentials (and more), which made cooking easy and convenient. Every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and I felt genuinely spoilt! The Wi-Fi is fast, everything is well maintained, and the location is perfect — just a 7–8 minute bus ride to Bullring. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a comfortable and well-managed stay.

A fantastic little apartment for two which is very spacious with lovely decor & furnishings. Good sized bathroom and small kitchen area with a Nespresso coffee machine - so essentially everything you could ask for ! It is located in what was the garage space of the house and has its own separate entrance and dedicated parking area on the drive. Nigel and Emma were both lovely hosts, super friendly, accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. Well located for the nearby Kenilworth, Leamington Spa, Warwick and the Cotswolds also within easy reach from the apartment. L

Everything was wonderful the host was responsive to any messages really fast, The home is beautiful perfect for our girls night or a romantic one. The host missed no attention to detail. And you pick your keys up from the shop so you can grab some milk that was the only thing we needed. I would have paid more it was definitely worth it.

This was my first time using air bnb so i was a little nervous. Everything was great. Dean was fast at replying and everything went smoothly. Property was as described. Would stay again. Thank you.

We were attending a conference at the NEC and the location of Paradise Apartment made for an extremely convenient and quick commute. The place was very clean and well equipped, with a great kitchen and bathroom making for a very comfortable stay. Tim and Karen gave prompt, useful information. I hope to be able to stay here again next time

I can’t recommend Nina’s Nest as a place to stay in Birmingham highly enough. The apartment is tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the stay has everything that you might need. Irsi was a really responsive host and answered any messages very quickly. The stay is in a wonderful location, quiet, but with the Main Street, filled with shops, pubs and eateries just one minute walk away. The bus stop to get to the city centre is also right there. If we ever have occasion to stay in Birmingham again, we would certainly hope to return to Nina’s Nest. Five stars.
