Hayloft

Welcome to the Hayloft - a fantastic studio flat above the main home’s house with private access via a spiral staircase and private balcony with far reaching views over the sea and downs - just right for relaxing in the evening as the sun goes down. Perfect for short breaks and longer stays - close to the ferries and hovercraft - with private parking and access to buses just down the road. The flat is on the edge of the village and surrounded by farmland. The owners garden has regular visitors from the local ducks and moorhens. The area also has several buzzards and if you’re lucky at night you’ll see bats and barn owl. The garden is patrolled by our elderly boxer, Freckles, who loves to meet and greet our visitors and we have also started keeping bees at the bottom of our garden - a safe distance from us humans. The village has enough shops to keep you well stocked and there are several farm shops worth visiting within 5 miles. In addition there are several walks that you can take from the flat which will take you to the nearby beach and past the pub on the way home. Delightful One bedroom self contained, self catering suite with private entrance, ensuite, kitchenette with a mini fridge, a microwave, a toaster, kettle, Complimentary tea and coffee on arrival. Full cutlery, plates, cups etc, smart tv, wifi, central heating. Large shower, wc, sink, cabinet with mirror, towel rail. Directly across from the beach and public carpark. Lee on the Solent has shops, cafes, Indian, Chinese, and a Turkish restaurant, which is a 15-minute walk on the beach path.

A self contained annex situated in a quiet cul-de-suc, on drive parking available but a car is not essential as we are located within walking distance of Portsmouth/Fishbourne car ferry also we are 2 minutes walk from main bus stop. The annex comprises on suite double bedroom, lounge/diner/kitchen with log burner for cosy winter nights in (logs provided) Kitchen is well equipped with fridge, freezer, cooker/hob plus microwave. One Small well behaved dog allowed, not to be left unattended.
