Charlene's place is stunning. The home is impeccably kept and interior design is classy and functional. Kitchen, bathrooms and showers are amazing and the beds provided us with the most comfortable sleep. The island neighbourhood community is very charming and feels incredibly safe with high end security. We highly recommend Charlene's home for a memorable stay.

We had a fabulous stay!!! Lauren was extremely responsive and welcoming. The space was absolutely beautiful, neat, private and overall lovely. Anyone looking for some time away & love being surrounded by nature, this is perfect!

We had an incredible few days at the house in Knysna! It was so comfortable and inviting that we never wanted to leave. We enjoyed swimming, braaiing and relaxing while watching movies together. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, plus some lovely extras. The rooms were clean and the bed really comfortable .The owners Kate and Grant, were incredibly kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. I would absolutely love to return whenever possible. It was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend it!

It's a lovely 4-bed holiday home facing the canal in a calm and beautiful surrounding. Overall very spacious.. The 2 bedrooms above and the living room and dining have a beautiful view of the water body. Kitchen had all varieties of crockery, more than one can imagine. Tanya who helped us with all the check-in formalities was v kind and helpful. We had a very comfortable stay. In fact, we were thinking about extending our 3-day stay by one more day. Will surely stay back here if we visit South Africa once again

A beautiful home that was perfect for my family. Accessible for my parents who were elderly, and my son spent hours canoeing the waterfront and swimming in the canal. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Highly recommended to anyone who wants to visit Knysna. Walking distance to Waterfront with so much to offer!

We had a wonderful stay and felt very comfortable. The surroundings are fantastically beautiful and the lagoon is great for swimming for small children. On the terrace we grilled and made ourselves comfortable. We would come back anytime!

Beautifully located within the Thesen Island precinct with access to its facilities this unit is a penthouse with convenient access from your parking directly to the unit. Well maintained and kept well by Douglas who communicates clearly and is always close by if you need additional support.

Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. It's a perfect location for the Oyster festival. Everything we needed was within walking distance in the harbour town. I highly recommend the accommodation as it worked well for my family's needs on a small winter getaway. Stunning and peaceful and cosy. We would like to come back in the warmer summer season to make the most of the canals again. Tx, Shameema

This house was worth every penny, from the surroundings to the house itself, it met every expectation and more. The host is also extremely friendly so we were all happy about the experience. Highly recommended.

The house is beautiful. Comfortable. No complaints there. Location is fabulous. Great places to eat walking distance from the house. The security is tight which is good. So the check in is slightly more lengthy but required in order to ensure your safety which is really good. Biometrics worked well for me. Host Tracy was very nice and responsive to my questions. Overall a great experience. Wish we could stay longer. Really nice place to chill and relax.

We were a large group of 9 adults and 5 children and felt so welcome and at home at 6onProtea. The rooms are all very well equipped, the kitchen and dining area well serviced and the views/location was beautiful. The manager and his housekeepers were AMAZING! We felt so cared for with their excellent recommendations for local restaurants/attractions. Nothing was too much trouble and they were attentive but not intrusive. The manager provided us with a great selection of new board games when we arrived as he thought “we looked like we were a group that would play games”. He was so right! We have many special memories of playing board games and laughing next to the roaring fire on the chilly winter nights in a special location in Knysna. We will be back!

We loved staying at this house! It has stunning views overlooking the Knysna lagoon, great security being on Thesen Island, good privacy from the neighbours, it's spacious, has a lovely pool deck for sunset drinks, it has comfortable furnishings and a friendly and responsive host. (Thank you Candy for sorting out the DSTV sound immediately when we reported it). We would be keen to stay here again. Thank you!

Absolutely stunning views over the beach and sea. The views can be enjoyed from everywhere in the house. Extremely large beautiful property with lots of open space inside and out. A large balcony with loads of space to relax on. The main bedroom and bathroom are a great size and very comfortable again both with amazing views. Large dressing room too. All far bigger than the photos show. A few minutes drive to the beach which is lovely and not too busy. There is only a very small village shop with very limited supplies. We ate at Butterfly Blu on the beach a couple of time and the food was very good. Our only feedback would be some comfortable relaxing chairs to be used on the lawn. There are however 2 loungers on the balcony. We would definitely recommend this property especially if you are looking for privacy and scenic views.

The villa is amazing and the people who are taking care of it is so nice especially Mrs.Amelia and her husband was so kindness. I totally recommend renting this place.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at the Honeymoon castle. The view we woke up to every morning was the perfect way to start the day. It definitely felt like we rested with the sights of seals, lots of birds and we even saw otters the one day. Will absolutely recommend it to anyone looking to have a peaceful honeymoon or even just a vacation. We will definitely be back one day.

This has to be the best house we have ever stayed in. The house all the amenities and amazing attention to detail. Incredible views, every appliance you need and responsive host, worth every cent. Definitely coming back.
