Located in the Delta Hotel, Proof always seems open. One of the city's top rated restaurants, it's best to reserve during peak times. Well deserved praise and worth the expense if you're looking for upscale dining.

Incredible food, but a bit pricy. Its an amazing Tapas restaurant with an ever changing menu. Great for groups and sharing food or an intimate night out.
