It takes about 30 minutes to get there (north). It’s worth it. You’ll need to get tickets in advance. Great exhibitions by this foundation in an absolutely stunning space. Also very nearby a beautiful beach (playa pajaro) to complete the day.

A short drive northwest of Puerto Escondido. Contemporary architecture home which is an artists residence with contemporary art. I've never been, but this is on my to do list.

Located approximately 30 minutes north of La Gema, Fundacion Casa Wabi created by Mexican Artist Bosco Sodi and designed by world renowned architect - Tadao Ando - is a great place to visit. Situated on one of the most pristine beaches in the greater Puerto area, the area also includes a rustic outdoor mezcal bar and KAKUREGA - an Omakase restaurant (with a Michelin star no less)
