You can have lunch on the terrace ouside (will have to climb a few steps) but the space under the trees and across from the Cathedral is just absolutely beautiful. Go on a sunny day. If you chose to go to ground floor cafe, you can have ice-cream, breakfast, a light lunch (sandwiches) and coffee, or tea.
