Tips from locals
Iconic speakeasy on the second floor past an unmarked door of inside of a Japanese eatery.
A great speakeasy that is hidden above an Asian restaurant. Great drinks, but gets busy quickly. Try to avoid weekends and go during the week if possible.
You'd almost miss this place if you didn't know where to go. Climb up the stairs to the Japanese restaurant and you'll find the door to Angel's Share near the top of the stairs. A cool vibe and good mixology drinks.
Speakeasy-style bar in the East Village offering exotic cocktails in a cool, hard-to-find space.
