Fantastic and super-local breakfast joint. Beans and rice, eggs and crispy bacon. Also: Cheapest Lunch in town. Get the $5 cuban sandwich. Really. It's only $5.

Not the best decor. Very good local spot with great dominican food. One of the last remaining old school eateries in the neighborhood. Very Cheap :)

This place is the opposite of hip or trendy, but it’s a remnant of the pre-gentrification lower east side, and as such, it’s worth a visit. That, and the cuban sandwich is great.
