Amtrak - Limited Routes, but very nice 30 minute ride to Old Town Sacramento.

You can take a train ride to Old Sacramento which can be fun. Otherwise I recommend getting a Uber or Lyft. Or going to a local car rental place if wanting drive. There is also Sip Shuttle, famous Wine tour transportation in Lodi.
