Not far from Plaza Colón and another very affordable garage to park your car for the day (Parking Garage Doña Fela), Buns Burger serves the best burgers in Puerto Rico. Their fries and milk shakes are amazing, as well, and they have a long list of craft beers and hot sauces available.
