Established in 1982 by Chef Jim Rua, Cafe Capriccio is Albany, New York's most innovative and diverse Italian restaurant in the Capital District. Jim and his son, Chef Franco Rua, strive to source locally with organic products to pair with house-made pasta, cured meats, and cheeses. Our inspiration is driven by our countless trips to Italy and beyond.
