Wonderful place just off I70 in western Kansas. Nice off the path private location. You’ll be able to unwind easily at this awesome location.

Wonderful spot to stay at on our trip to Colorado. It was nice and peaceful, we were big fans! The yearlings and the cats were super friendly! We’d gladly come back!!

Second time staying here, and loved it. On the trip between Denver and KC this is a great place to stop for the night. It’s definitely on a working farm, and the rooms are clean/well-appointed/comfortable but they are in the loft of a huge barn. I’d much prefer it to the Hilton though so we’ll be staying here again.

Kristy was very friendly and the place was as described. Our son loved meeting the horses and kitty that live there. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed staying at the horse ranch and "met" many horses, dogs and even a very friendly cat. The location is easy off/on the interstate. Kristy was helpful and made us welcome. The apartments are on the 2nd floor of a working barn, so expect maybe some dust and farm smell. The A/C unit worked well. I enjoy a novel stay and this is that! Very tall folks might have some tricky moments, but all of the dimensions are well described and the photos show the layout. Nice walk along the country road at sunset with the dog.

Karla was so great. She was always available if we needed anything, and was very accommodating for us. She was gracious enough to let us stay here with our cat, even though she is allergic.

Kristy was very responsive, and the accommodations were exactly as described. It was awesome to find such a gem in Oakley, Kansas for the weekend! We would definitely consider staying here again with the wonderful hospitality Kristy provides!

Phenomenal - location was spectacular! Your eyes are always wandering in the house, and the sound system is great. We miscalculated our stay, and Frank was super flexible, understanding and a great host. We hope to be back!
