Situated on Norwich's historic Elm Hill, this luxurious townhouse offers the perfect blend of comfort, contemporary design and character. Its quirky interior reflects its 500 year old life as a weavers house, now updated for modern city living. It backs onto a park and river walks. Dogs are welcome! There are two double bedrooms and a sofa-bed is available upon request. We are sorry but the staircases and uneven floors make it unsuitable for young children or those with limited mobility.

This is a classic early 1970s studio city apartment ( of approx 38 square metres) for 1 or 2 people that could not be more central ; perfect for exploring the old streets of Norwich. Once inside the apartment you have views of the old city skyline. There is a communal garden and all the comforts indoors that you need. *NB the sleeping area is in the Eaves and is approached via a proper but narrow staircase. Head height is fine in the centre over 6 feet( see photos). Car parking nearby.

A light and spacious studio apartment with views across a garden teeming with wildlife. While staying at this apartment you are likely to encounter our resident muntjac deer (who we have named Digby). There are 5 pubs within a 10 minute walk and a Brewery 15 minutes away. A bus stop 1 minute away will get you to the city centre in 8 minutes. Although close to the city this space feels like a sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of busy traffic.
