Η τοποθεσία, είναι το κέντρο της πόλης και έτσι σας προσφέρει εύκολη και γρήγορη πρόσβαση σε οτιδήποτε επιθυμήσετε. Θα είμαι στην διάθεση σας για να απαντω στις ερωτήσεις σας και να σας βοηθησω στις διακοπές σας.

Απολαύστε το μοντέρνο, ζεστό και πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο διαμέρισμα κατάλληλο για ζευγάρια, οικογένειες & παρέες φίλων. Βρίσκεται στην καρδιά της Αλεξανδρούπολης και η πρόσβασή σας σε όλα τα κύρια αξιοθέατα είναι εξαιρετικά εύκολη. Δίπλα από το διαμέρισμα θα βρείτε αρτοποιεία, cafe, φαρμακείο, ταβέρνες, τράπεζες, κομμωτήριο, εμπορικά καταστήματα. Για κρατήσεις που γίνονται από 01/04-31/10 ο φόρος είναι 8€/διανυκτέρευση και από 01/11-31/03 είναι 2€/διανυκτέρευση. Θα λαμβάνετε μήνυμα ενημέρωσης.

Cozy studio ιδανικό για δύο άτομα το οποίο αποτελείται από έναν ενιαίο χώρο, μπάνιο και ένα άνετο μπαλκόνι. Διαθέτει διπλό κρεβάτι, πολυθρόνα, πάγκο με σκαμπό, TV & wifi (το Internet στο διαμέρισμα είναι 100Mbit). Στο σπίτι ακόμα θα βρείτε parking, πλυντήριο ρούχων, φούρνο, ψυγείο καθώς και μαγειρικά σκεύη. Βρίσκετε σε ήσυχη περιοχή μόλις 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την κεντρική πλατεία της πόλης και 500m από τη στάση της Παλιάς Νομικής για το Πανεπιστήμιο. Το διαμέρισμα ανακαινίστηκε το 2021.

Ένα μοντέρνο διαμέρισμα στο κέντρο της Αλεξανδρούπολης πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις σύγχρονες ανέσεις για την άνετη διαμονή 2 ατόμων. Η τοποθεσία του είναι ιδανική για την πρόσβαση του κέντρου και της παραλιακής οδού με ένα περίπατο. Σε ακτίνα 100μ υπάρχει πρόσβαση σε supermarket φαρμακεία, πρατήριο καυσίμων, fastfood, ζαχαροπλαστείο κ.λ.π. Στάση αστικού λεωφορείου βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 50μ. If you have PETS ,it will be the ideal house for them because the whole estate is surrounded by a stonewall with fence.

It has a beautiful garden, with a table and benches!!! The house is located opposite the Holy Trinity Church and next to it there is a playground. The surrounding area is surrounded by trees, in a quiet neighborhood. The nearest supermarket is 50 meters away.
