Really cozy and comfortable apartment with a lovely and welcoming history. The neighborhood has some nice coffee shops and restaurants but feels tucked away and not too busy, very convenient with the train to get into Thao Dien and also the heart of D1. Felt like I had my own personal retreat in the city.

Koi was a wonderful and considerate host, especially accommodating our late checkout due to a delayed flight. The place itself was cozy, clean, and very comfortable. I would definitely book it again when we return to Vietnam.

Great place to stay in HCM city. The place is tucked away inside the alley so there is no traffic noises. Located near to those major attractions and within walking distance. Hosts are responsive, Friendly and helpful. Will be stay there again if I happen to come back to HCM city

Wir waren als Familie mit 2 Kindern das erste Mal überhaupt in Vietnam und sind begeistert! Sowohl von dem Land, den Menschen und vor allem von der Unterkunft und dem Vermieter! Klasse! Wir wurden positiv überrascht. Als beispielsweise eine Klimaanlage nicht mehr richtig funktionierte, gaben wir Bescheid und innerhalb weniger Stunden war der Vermieter mit einem Elektriker vor Ort und das Problem wurde behoben. Sowas haben wir noch nicht erlebt. Der ganze Umgang - top! Die Unterkunft als solche ist schön sauber gewesen und geräumig. Gleichzeitig ist dir Lage einwandfrei, da man zu Fuß zur Mall kommt, in den Park gehen kann oder auch direkt einen Pool sowie einen Spieleraum für Kinder hat. Wenn wir nochmal nach Ho Chi Minh City reisen, buchen wir gerne wieder hier. Volle Punktzahl! Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt :)

I stayed here for one week with my family.Huyen is a very great host must try her stay for your.trip. Whatever you need just tell her she would help you out. Beautiful house and location. Everything is very close and free bus service available from here to anywhere just call Huyen to get all informations about it.I really enjoyed my whole trip Would love to come back again .

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, das Stadtzentrum ist schnell mit Bus, Grab oder auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Viele nette Restaurants und Cafés, Supermarkt Apotheke und alles was man braucht in der Nähe. Wir waren einen Monat hier und sehr zu frieden. Wohnung liegt an einer sehr kleinen ruhigen Straße, sodass man auch gut schlafen konnte. Waschmaschine und Reinigungservice vorhanden. Wir waren einen Monat hier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Mr Phuc was very efficient, friendly and helpful at checkin. The space was large enough for 2 people to be comfortable and having 2 full bathrooms was awesome! Having all the stores and shops downstairs was very convenient. It was a little hot outside of the bedroom as the air conditioning unit was not out there and the fan didn’t help much. The neighbors were friendly 😊

Great location right next to the airport. I had a late flight but Estelle provided clear instructions for late check-in. Perfect for first-time travellers. Host was very responsive and proactive making sure I had everything I needed. Also so many great food options in walking distance with great recommendations listed in the room. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for making my first night in HCMC so easy!

A very good and convenient neighborhood, with high-quality and thoughtfully designed apartments. Responses are very quick, and there are numerous amenities both inside and outside. The apartment owners are true professionals. The building itself has six comfortable, high-speed elevators with air conditioning, 24/7 security, a swimming pool, a shopping mall within a few minutes’ walk, and more. There’s nothing to complain about, which is the best indicator of truly great housing. And may it always stay this way!
