I had a wonderful stay at this unique and stylish room. The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, making check-in and communication a breeze. The space is impressively smart and well-equipped with modern technology, which added a lot of convenience. While the room is a bit small and doesn’t get much natural light, it’s cozy and thoughtfully designed. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely recommend it!

We had such a great experience staying here as a whole family! The accommodation was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — perfect for a large group. The location was incredibly convenient, with everything within walking distance. We also loved how the house was decorated — it truly gave us a feel of the local culture. We had a great time making memories together, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this place to friends traveling in a group. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay in HCMC District 1. The house is down a quiet narrow street with other residences. The main living space on the ground floor was a lot bigger than it looks in the photos and we could comfortably fit all 11 guests for meals. The rooms are spacious and all have their own bathroom ensuite. There is a lady who sells breakfast on the corner of the lane 10m from the front door. She changes the menu every day but is generally a noodle soup of varying flavours. We found them all delicious and seriously cheap ~35k.

Chị chủ nhà thân thiện và dễ thương lắm, luôn phản hồi rất nhanh để hỗ trợ mình. Mình có thể chủ động nhận và trả phòng rất dễ dàng và linh hoạt mà không cần phải gặp chủ nhà luôn. Đồ nấu bếp khá đầy đủ, tiện cho gia đình có bé nhỏ như mình khi cần nấu cho bé ăn đồ riêng. Các bạn nếu cần lưu trú tại vin quận 9 hãy cân nhắc căn hộ này nha, rất chi là ổn áp!!

Nice and quiet place, easy to access market, local food and drink. Rooms were clean and tidy, easy to use. The host is friendly and instruct very clear about the rules and policies. There is one small disadvantage is that main street is hard for Car or Van to drive in. So i recommend use motorbike. In general, this place is worth every penny you spend.

A very pleasant stay. The apartment is super clean and spacious. Great location: many restaurants, street food nearby. Bui Thien is minutes away. Safe neighborhood and setup. Will come back again. Thanks.

비가 많이와서 급하게 숙박 잡았는데 , 응답이 빠르셔서 체크인하는데 무리가없었습니다 이 방 두번째인데 , 비슷한 가격대 호텔보다 좋습니다 !

The apartment was very clean with a lot of supplies. Easy and seamless check in and fantastic communication with the host. The staff on site was also very kind and helpful. The apartment is in a newly developed area with spas cafes and restaurants just downstairs. Amazing views of the bridge and river and very close to district one.

완벽한 숙소였어요 사진처럼 깔끔하고 청결한건 물론이고 아파트 외관, 로비, 엘레베이터 복도 등등 마감재도 엄청 고급스러워요 아파트 테라스에서 보는 야경도 최고였습니다 이 숙소때문에 호치민 또 가고 싶어졌어요 여기서 한달살이 하면 너무 행복할 듯요..!

Chủ nhà hướng dẫn chi tiết cách nhận phòng. Tương tác thông tin tốt. Căn hộ xinh xắn, sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi. Có thể đậu xe hơi dưới tầng hầm tòa nhà (chi phí phải chăng). Gần toàn nhà có cửa hàng tiện lợi và không gian để đi bộ tập thể dục. Nhất định mình sẽ quay lại khi đến thành phố Hồ Chí Minh.

Anh was very supportive and responsive. Her place was very clean and the same like photos. We had access to the pool and really enjoyed staying there. I would highly recommend this place.

Awesome spot and felt like walking into home. Perfect location with great restaurants nearby and great recommendations given by Mallorie. Everything as listed and would definitely come back.

Absolute prime location. Building was really old and quite dark and dirty, but the room itself was one of my fav places to stay in Ho Chi Minh. The view from the balcony was lovely and the area was like being in prime central square NY or Leicester Square in London. If you can get over the dirtyness of the building the apartment is lovely.

It's a 2 bedrooms condo. The kitchen is well equiped. You can use for free swimming pool and gym. Host is very responsive and helpful.

You're right at home at Ngocs place, and in a neighborhood, feeling like a local, the neighbors nod and smile at you, sure there's hotels and tourists nearby, but this block feels like you just really really landed in the real HCMC. Popular local food vendors literally outside the front door, a 24h coffee shop on the corner (one traditional one Plant-based!! in the same storefront. Oh and some of the best vegan food in the world within a few blocks (and all the omnivore as well) I'm a cpap user and after failing to find distilled water at over 12 pharmacies Ngoc went out of her way and trekked to a hospital pharmacy to get me some and had it delivered!! So amazing. We just had to visit her coffee shop, super chill and the essence of cool (but go during the day, so the hip shows are open, but like us who only got a glimpse) Totally recommend,close to new Saigon Metro as well.

The apartment is a bit on the pricier side of things BUT if you look for a hassle free accomodations in a building with heaps of locals free washing and great views, this is the place. Aircon was a saviour and the bed was very clean and comfy. location is very central. My Partner and I enjoyed it very much. special thanks also to our host who was very helpful and responsive!

입구에서 방까지의 거리가 보통먼것이 아니라 아주 심하게 멀리 떨어져 있습니다. 걸어서 5분 이상의 거리가 필요합니다 캐리어를 가지고 들어가기가 많이 힘이 듭니다 그러나 연못도 있고 거위 수십마리와 닭들이 있습니다. 밤에는 개구리 소리도 있습니다. 나는 자연을 좋아합니다 근처에 나무를 가공 하는 곳도 있습니다. 이집은 나무로 만들었고 너무너무 훌륭하고 멋집니다 뷰가 매우 환상적입니다. 가끔 복잡한 도시를 떠나서 자연이 생각나면 나는 이곳을 너무 추천합니다. 나는 다음에 나의 사랑하는 부모님과 꼭 같이 오고싶습니다. 조금은 불편한감이 있습니다. 미리 먹을것을 사서 들어오길 바랍니다 그런데 호텔 품질의 침대와 근처 자연의 환상적인 뷰는 당신이 자연에 누워있다고 느낄정도로 완벽합니다 처음 나를 맞이해준 베트남 아주머니께 감사의 마음을 전합니다. 즐겁게 너무 편하게 잘 쉬다 갑니다. 나는 어떠한 서비스도 받은것이 없지만 이글에는 나의 진심을 담았습니다 너무너무 추천합니다.
