The spectacular house, new, very comfortable, spacious, equipped with all the necessary utensils to be very comfortable. It has excellent lighting and ventilation. It is in a gated community, with good security. It is located near Lake Sochagota (10 minutes) and easy to get to the area of restaurants and nearby attractions (such as El Pantanos de Vargas). Mrs. Nidia, who gave us the house, was super kind, with excellent availability to guide us and attentive if we needed anything, immediate response. Thank you very much, an excellent place to spend a few days in Paipa and get to know nearby municipalities such as Duitama and visit the Boyacense village.

Everything was nicely laid out. Spare blankets are a good thing!! Loved the gas flame fire in the living room. Loved the drying room!! Very useful if you’ve just been to the nearby thermal pools. Already marked as a “recommended or will book again if and when there’s a return trip to Colombia.

it is an excellent apartment, with a very good location, the person in charge is very friendly and helped us get an additional parking space; however in the description of the property they do not tell people that a one-off payment of 5 thousand per person must be made for a handle that at no time was required by the police as at the door as they tell the guest, additional charge of 5,000 per person for access to the pool and 5 thousand per person for access to the sauna and the use is only 2 hours i.e. if the guest wants to be more time in the pool they must check if there is a quota and pay again for the times you want to use the wet areas.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is as shown in the photos: very nice, clean, spacious, illuminated and with a very pleasant environment. It is excellently located, close to everything: restaurants, supermarkets, the lake, an ideal seawall for walking and enjoying the scenery. The area is quiet, safe, and perfect for walking. The apartment is very nicely gifted, we didn't miss anything at all. Care is noted in every detail to make guests feel comfortable. Wide parquedad, the heated pool, with a super view of the lake, and although it is small, it is very nice because they control access. The host was just spectacular: very friendly, attentive, patient, and always willing to help. He was very quick to respond to any concerns and made us feel right at home. We highly recommend it and would definitely come back.

I had a great experience in this apartment. The place was spotlessly clean, well appointed and very tastefully decorated. The location is perfect, close to everything but in a quiet area to rest. Highly recommended!

I stayed overnight and was sorry i didnt have more time - but plan to return! The building is new, nicely appointed inside, and more than i expected. Inside the unit had a nice sitting area, a complete kitchen, a large comfy bed, and attached bathroom and shower. All nicely decorated and homey which I like. The staff downstairs were super friendly amd got me oriented for the thermal pools 10 minutes away. Andrea was very responsive and attentive, and even met me when I arrived to greet me. Muchas gracias!

The apartment is very nice, it is very well located, close to Lake Sochagota and all the places of interest. Communication with Juan Carlos was very simple and he helped us with all the requests, we really liked this accommodation.

Excellent, a very nice place. Despite being a studio apartment, the layout is acceptable for 4 people, the sofa bed mattress could be a little better. We just wanted a quiet and clean place to sleep, so it was more than fine. The common areas are good for resting and the children enjoy them a lot. Ms. Patricia is always very kind and helpful, thank you very much!

We had a wonderful experience at this ecotourism estate, a true paradise to disconnect and enjoy as a family. From the first moment, Jenny and Don Gerardo welcomed us with exceptional attention, always attentive to every detail and ready to resolve any concerns. Don Gerardo gave us a lovely tour of the farm, showing us his crops, chickens, rabbits and explaining with a lot of patience his processes and methodologies, something that undoubtedly made our stay even more special. The house is as shown in the publication: comfortable, cozy and perfectly equipped to spend days of rest. The tranquility of the place is simply enviable, but certainly what we loved the most was the breathtaking view, a true spectacle of nature at its best. We were three different generations and all, without exception, we were very comfortable. It's a place we recommend and look forward to coming back to!We'll be back!

It is a good place to stay with friends, family or couple since it has a good location (close to restaurants and the lagoon) and access is paimentado. Best of all, it's super pet Friendly!!!! I went with my dog and I had a large green area to explore and Liliana had wet cloths, blanket and towel for my dog's exclusive use. A good detail especially when it's cold or raining. Thank you very much for hosting us, we will definitely be back 🙂

Mr. Nelson and Mrs. Nubia treated us wonderfully. Always very attentive to what we need. Impeccable place, breakfast at a very good price, abundant and delicious. The fireplace is a plus, although it doesn't really get very cold. There are two dogs, Oriol and his daughter Morita... they are pure love. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are many board games as well as ping pong and frog to enjoy. It is very close to several towns to go sightseeing. It is a very quiet place in the middle of nature. We will definitely be back! 🍃

A lovely place with total privacy and a beautiful view especially at sunrise, it has ample outdoor space ideal for enjoying the outdoors and perfect for our pets. The atmosphere is cozy and friendly, perfect for sharing special moments.

We had a great experience. The location is perfect, the place was organized. The details made us feel at home. In addition, Eunice was very attentive and was always available for any questions. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it!
