The leisure area with swimming pool and barbecue is shared with all the houses. You are renting an equipped house, unlike a bed and breakfast or hotel where you only rent a room. My flat is located in the center of Pipa, directly at the center beach (Praia do Centro). From the balcony you have a beautiful seaview. The flat has a queensize bed, a sleeping couch, airconditioning, a bathroom and a kitchenette with refridgerator, microwave, blender, coffee maker, a toaster and a water boiler. The flat is on the 2nd floor, and right above on the 3rd floor is the swimming pool with bar and a great view on central beach.

The apartment is located in the condomínium Girassóis. The condominium has swiming pool with bar and restaurante wich you have full aces. Within walkingdistance (250 m.) you can reach Praia do Amore and you are located 100 m. from the main Center of Pipa with al convinience it has to offer as: restaurantes, foodstore, money exange, shopping etc.
