The 3-room apartment is part of a two-family house located outside the village center of Caslano in the quiet Torrazza district. The apartment is on the second floor, with lake view. It has no balcony, but a rear garden seating area. You can share the lake property with private access to the lake, with a lawn with lounge and sun loungers. SUPs and a rowboat can also be used. In front of the house Via Torrazza 81 there are bicycles.

A charming Room – 17 steps of stairs away from Lago Maggiore. When you leave the room, you are only 17 steps of stairs away from the lake, as well as from the course-ship mooring station and from the lake promenade which along the way is embellished with three restaurants. The steps leading upwards brings you to the main street where the bus stop is located, as well as a bakery, a small grocery shop and other small shops.
