A small and comfy house with one bedroom, 2 beds and 1 sofa bed, located at a calm neighborhood. The area has security 24/7 with a community gate, and it is close to the beach--a must stay place. The house comes with internet wifi and ethernet connection (ethernet cable not included), and cable tv. Parking is only for one car, with guest parking nearby. There is 2 pools, 1 is next to a restaurant and the beach. Communication will be all done in English and Spanish.

Your family will be close to everything if you stay in this centrally located accommodation. The quiet and safe neighborhood has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is a 4-minute walk from the beach. Private parking for a medium-sized car (fits up to a Range Rover Sport). We have a safe place next to the house for pickups. The house is brand new! We have a bicycle for guests to use and an outdoor shower to remove sand when returning from the beach!

Room Hobbit is one of the 2 ecological rooms we have: the walls are made of straws and clay with a bamboo floor. The water from the sink and shower are going directly to our street garden! It has a rustic style and it's very comfortable even though it's a small queen bedroom. A shared kitchen and a large living room are right outside the room in the inside garden area.
