There are 3 hectares of fully preserved Atlantic Forest where many native trees, birds of all kinds, howler monkeys and lots of fresh air are present. We have Wi-Fi for those who want to work from home, the house is well equipped and everything is well sanitized. We are strategically positioned in relation to the Araçatuba hill, Morro da Baleia, Morro dos Perdidos, Morro da Cruz, Saltinho and the Tijucas do Sul Center.
