We live on site, but the apartment is totally private, being the whole upper floor & with own entrance.

In a lovely peaceful space between the trees, with a view to the Gardunha mountain. We offer a double bed, small kitchenette with pots & pans, gas cooker, fridge with small freezer compartment, compost toilet, shower & wood for the log burner in colder months. The perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and seclusion: Casa Do Vale, or "House Of The Valley" is a luxury 1 bedroom home in the heart of Central Portugal. Located at an altitude of 470m, the house boasts stunning views of up to 50 miles on a clear day. Recently restored to a high standard, the guesthouse comes complete with a private wood-burning hot tub (October-May) that can be a plunge pool in summer and a larger shared swimming pool that can be private upon request.

A Quinta das Sesmarias situa-se na periferia urbana da Vila de Alcains, sendo uma propriedade com 3,5ha que mantém as características rurais do início do século XX. A primeira construção data de 1928 e foi recuperada em 2002 sob a forma de uma moradia. O descanso e o bem-estar dos visitantes são assegurados por um ambiente tranquilo em contacto com a natureza.
