Nearly 2,000 sq feet of grand home is yours to enjoy. New kitchen. Dining room and living room (with smart TV) have high ceilings, glittering chandeliers, lots of light. Hallway features half bath, utility closet, & work nook. 3 bedrooms, full bath, and laundry upstairs. Sleeps 5-6, depending on your group (check bedrooms to see). Access to large fenced yard and deck included. We stock coffee and tea for guests booking in advance, and you’ll find various seasonings and staples in the cupboards.

Enjoy Ithaca in a recently renovated downstairs apartment with bedroom, en-suite bathroom, kitchenette (sink, microwave, mini-fridge), and living room. Watch an incredible sunset on your own back patio. A trailhead leading directly into the heart of Ithaca is less than a mile away and waiting to be explored by bike or foot. Beautiful, spacious, spotless, Studio apt. w/ updated kitchen & bathroom (tub & shower) & bamboo floors. The queen size bed is partially separated from the living room by a breakfast counter. Living room has 2 daybeds. Entire space sleeps 4. Excellent WiFi & Cable TV. I will leave good quality bread, eggs, coffee & other breakfast items for you to cook. Pls. note that price will automatically reflect a fee of $30 per night for each additional guest after the first 2 guests.

Owego was voted the coolest small town in America, lively downtown area with many restaurants, shopping, tasting rooms all within a 5-10 minute walk. Only 25 minutes from Ithaca and Binghamton. Located along the wine trail with many great walking and hiking trails nearby! A seasonal pool is also within a 10 minute walk at the town park. Beautiful salon and spa located in the same building as apartment!!

Enjoy your stay at Studio 705! A lovely space to unwind & relax after a busy day whether it's work or play. This is a 325 sq ft studio with a cozy atmosphere. The studio is attached to my house but you will have full privacy with a private entrance & bath. We are conveniently located 10 min from Ithaca College, 15 min from Cornell & 12 min to downtown Ithaca. The cottage includes a well-stocked kitchen and living room with smart TV and free Wi-Fi.
