If you want to visit Transnistria and feel Soviet times this flat will make your travel comfortable and not expensive. You will stay in the middle sized studio that has all what you need. District is not central but very calm and has small open market (5 minutes from the flat by foot) where you can buy fruits and vegetables from farmers very cheap. There are also 10-15 minutes by foot several supermarkets and big newly constructed children's and sport's playground.
