Feels like your in the province with a big front yard where you can play or run around and with friendly dogs guarding. Overall it was a nice stay.

Cozy Stay with Great Comfort – But a Car is Recommended I had a pleasant stay at this Airbnb! The place is cozy, clean, and comes with all the essentials you’d need for a comfortable visit. The air conditioning works really well, which made the stay even more relaxing. It’s located inside a subdivision, so it’s quiet and secure, but you’ll need a car or ride to get around more easily. The good news is there are small convenience stores within the subdivision for quick needs. The playground is well-maintained and great for kids. The only downside was that the swimming pool wasn’t very clean during our stay. Still, I would definitely book this home again if we ever visit Cebu — it’s also conveniently close to the airport, which is a big plus!

Peaceful and private. The private pool was great for us to use at our leisure and the care taker was so helpful with handling laundry to running to the store for minor items. We will miss him.

This place was amazing!!! Even better than we thought it's gonna be. We have extended our stay as nothing else could compare with it and all of us felt great there. You could stay there for a week and don't leave this place and not feeling bored. Gilbert, a guy who was hosting us felt like being a part of our family. I have no words how to describe his help. He took us by heart. We are missing this place already same as we're missing Gilbert. Part of why we will be back is to see Gilbert. If you want to relax, but also feel local life this is the place. Better in real life than on the photos. We feel lucky finding this place.

Loved the place, and I was able to work remotely since they had fast internet. I also appreciated that their towels were 100% cotton!

Stayed here for 2 days and had a good time. Very accessible to It Park and Grab services. Easy check-in process, guards are friendly. There’s a convenient store on the ground floor which was nice. For those working from home, the WIFI is reliable. But there’s no blackout curtains so the room is quite lit during the day. Tough for those working the night shift. Also, the towel they provided was quite old and I ended up buying my own towel. There are toilet papers provided but no toothbrush/paste so you need to bring your own. Overall the cost was worth it. Loved booking with Mia and Pau. They’re one of the best hosts in the area. Always responsive, and helpful. This location is exceptionally well kept. The pictures don’t convey just have cozy this studio is. Spotless, nice sized tv, fast internet. A feeling of home. The condo building is well kept with a feeling of luxury. There’s a 7/11 right downstairs attached to the building which is very convient. Next time I visit Cebu I would stay here again.

This place was fantastic, one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in,. Such a well fitted condo, had everything it stated and more, lots of extras other places just don’t have. Really well thought out condo, the swimming pool is fantastic with pool side cafe, a 7/11 just 2 mins walk, taxis easy, and a nice Buffett breakfast available at hotel on roof deck with 360 views of Cebu. Marcley’s communication was excellent, and I made a couple of late changes to my stay dates and he was very helpful, thank you,. This condo and host was the complete package, 5/5, I’m so glad I stayed here and highly recommend., Thank you Marcley,. May 2025

Had a wonderful stay here! Will definitely save it and come back whenever I’m in Cebu. Yuri and Mary are both very friendly and responsive hosts. The place has basically everything you need, comfortable bed, great internet, desk, tv Netflix etc. I was working and traveling and felt like this has been the best place I’ve been in so far in the Philippines. We had a peaceful and relaxing stay. The area was quiet, and we really appreciated that the place is pet-friendly. Our two pets loved the pet park! The space was generally clean, though we did notice some tiny cockroaches in the kitchen when we arrived and a smell in the bathroom. But it did not bother us, as we made sure to always close the bathroom door. Just a note for future guests: there’s parking available if you let Eric know in advance. I missed that detail, so we ended up using paid parking nearby at ₱400 per night. That was on me, but good to know there's an alternative. Overall, a smooth experience and a nice place to unwind. Also, the internet was pretty gooda nd stable! I work from home, so an internet connection is a must for me.
