One of the few places in the world where you can drink directly from the streams as some originate on the property. Free parking lot inside the house, a small grill in the backyard and every needed kitchenware inside to avoid overspending by eating out. Downtown is seven blocks away, so pretty much everything needed can be found at walking distance.
