Welcome to your cozy blue oasis on a sunny dune in Tlell. Relax at this peaceful and centrally located place. It’s newly built with a unique custom design and local wood finishing. Views are of a family homestead, including garden, occasionally cows, chickens and duck pond. Our rooster “Snowflake” is closed inside for the night, but will let you know when it’s time to rise and seize the day😉 Appliances are all new. A cobblestone beach is just across the road and shops within 10 minutes drive.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Lucy’s Airbnb in Tlell. The place was spotless, beautifully organized, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location was peaceful and perfect for exploring the natural beauty of Haida Gwaii. Lucy was an outstanding host — very kind, responsive, and thoughtful. She went above and beyond to help us when our car battery died, and we’re truly grateful for her support. Her hospitality made our trip even more memorable. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area!

Rose Cottage

Rose Cottage is cozy and rustic, good for two, situated in a lovely meadow in the forest; however, it does have everything we needed for our 10 day stay. We particularly enjoyed the 40s style kitchen, the old china cupboard, and used the wood stove every day. No Cell Service, no TV (a Bonus!) but there was WiFi and the electric heating panel. We spent many a morning coffee on the veranda listening and the only sound was hearing bees in the rhododendrons. We plan to return next year and will be booking Rose Cottage again for a relaxing stress free stay.

The cottage could not have been more perfect. Nestled near a coffee shop, local market and pub with amazing food as well as a beautiful pier to walk. James was engaging and responsive. Everything was clean, fresh, and comfy with quaint touches. Would (and will) stay again.
