The apartment had a Beautiful view and was very clean and private. The staff were very nice and welcoming.

The home was absolutely beautiful! Everyone was comfortable. The view is amazing. It’s a short walk to the beach and pool at the resort near by. There are restaurants and activities for the kids near by.

I absolutely loved Jorge’s residence . 24th floor with a beautiful view. The Airbnb was super clean and had supplies like beach chairs , towels , ironing board , etc. He was constantly communicating with me and had suggested many things to do while in San Juan. I will definitely be back soon . If you book here you won’t miss out , many restaurants, close to the beach and other activities. Thank you Jorge !

I had a fantastic stay! The location was incredibly convenient—within walking distance to several restaurants, pharmacies, and supermarkets. Fernando made sure everything was well maintained. The moment we walked in, the space smelled amazing and was spotless. The blankets and towels were fresh and clean, and there wasn’t a speck of dust anywhere. Fernando was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. This is easily one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in while visiting Condado—and I come every year to visit family. I would absolutely book again. The building also has a good-sized pool, which was a great bonus. The apartment felt like home and had all the essentials. I was even able to pick up some groceries and make breakfast thanks to the well-stocked kitchen with pans and utensils. Gracias, Fernando, por todo. Espero regresar pronto. ¡Bendiciones! 🙏🏼

This Airbnb was great, perfect location, good amenities, very comfortable, it had everything we needed, easy access to the beach, it had chairs and umbrella for the beach. Johayra was an amazing host.

Staying at Yang’s place was truly one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. The condo itself was absolutely stunning, immaculate, beautifully designed, and exactly as described, if not better. The view was breathtaking, the location was perfect, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged to make the stay comfortable and relaxing. But what really set this experience apart was Yang himself. From the moment I booked, he was communicative, kind, and incredibly accommodating, especially when my plans changed unexpectedly. Yang went above and beyond to work with me through a difficult situation, showing not only professionalism but real compassion. His willingness to help did not go unnoticed, and it made a huge difference in my trip. If you’re considering booking this property, don’t hesitate. You’ll be in great hands with a host who truly cares. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Puerto Rico!

It's all about the view, when you enter you feel like your floating on the water you see nothing but the ocean out the windows. Everything about the unit is great, well stocked, comfy bed, beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler. Easy access to a beach without crowds and walkable to the hotspots in Condado. Would definitely stay here again!

Literetly the perfect location, very central with access to the Beach, stores, restaurants all within walking distance. They have everything you might need for your stay including 2 beach chairs, an ice chest cooler, sunscreen, bug spray, beach bag and beach towels. Shampoo, conditioner, lotion, even some hair products you literetly only need to bring your clothes. My sister and I loved our stay, would definitely recommend. They were also very kind to accommodate a different check in and check out time for us since flights arrived earlier and left later.

I had a great experience staying at this condo! It’s just a quick 15-minute Uber ride from the airport, and the check-in process was smooth with clear instructions. Security was friendly and helpful, explaining the building rules and assisting with elevator access. The condo was well equipped, I really appreciated the beach towels, chairs, and cooler, which made beach days super convenient. The location is excellent: walking distance to the beach, casinos, bars, restaurants, and both Walgreens and CVS. Uber pick-ups and drop-offs were easy, and getting to Old San Juan only took about 10–15 minutes and cost around $10. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone considering a trip to the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Everything was great, location.. the only thing i didn’t like is the apartment didn’t have a parking spot designated, it was very inconvenient..

I’ve stayed in this building before with other hosts. This place was cleaner, had a great bed, view of the trees/ocean, better AC. I would stay here again. This bed was excellent and so much better than past trips with other rentals.

Incredible location. You have direct access to the beach and it's a more private section that's not over crowded. There's a pool as well if the waves are a little too much to handle. It was a very walkable area close to a bus stop which I used to go to Old San Juan. Leesandra was a great host. Very responsive and helpful to me during my stay. This was my first time visiting San Juan but I plan on visiting again and when I do I plan on staying here again. I loved it.

I was pleased to have the same experience as other reviewers. The condo was very clean and cute. Nice touch with plenty of water and snacks. It felt as if I were visiting a friend. Super cozy beds, which was nice since I don't sleep well. Lastly, I had a great experience with Mila being responsive with all our questions. I was happy with our stay.

Jennifer is an amazing host. She was so attentive of our comfort and enjoyment during our stay. We were there during a major power outage and she immediately reached out, kept us updated, brought over ice and coolers for us and even allowed us to use her generator to keep some appliances and standing fans, running. As soon as I made her aware that one of the ceiling fans wasn’t working, she brought over a new standing fan immediately. And when we realized the garbage disposal wasn’t working, she sent someone over to fix it that same day. While the place is an amazing property, the surfaces and furniture were dusty and the rooms smelled humid/damp. I know that it being on a tropical island is expected so it needed to be aired out. Nonetheless, the smell was gone in less than a day and didn’t detract from our stay. She had great recommendations for dining and entertainment. I can’t express enough how great of a host she is. If we’re in the area again, we’ll definitely stay!

This house was very nice and private, everything worked well, we didn’t have to wipe things down when we got there, hosts are super nice and very helpful. Overall had a beautiful experience, will definitely book again!!

This place looks exactly like the pictures and was very comfortable. I wish that we could have enjoyed the place more due to the family and I being around town quite a bit but when we came home it was so warm and welcoming. The host was very responsive to our needs as well. We would definitely be returning here just hope that it is available!

We had a wonderful stay at Casita La Palma. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The location was super convenient, close to shops, restaurants, beaches and airport. Orlando was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Beautiful place! We stayed 1 week, my family loved everything about it. The kids loved the pool! All attractions are not to far from this place and it’s very peaceful. There are good food spots minutes away from home. Definitely recommend staying!

We had an amazing weekend in old San Juan. This house has an amazing location! Everything was easy to get to. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed!

It was so peaceful and quiet you hear the nature around you and it’s beautiful! I thought it would be hot due to no ac and I was scared about that part but we were actually freezing we had to turn it actually turn it off. There were games and the house is so modern and picture worthy definitely. There was also a whole binder full of things to do and places to go we had so much fun we did not want to leave I definitely recommend this place!!
