We are within walking distance to all of the must see destinations, steps from fine dining, art galleries, bars and shops. *The house is located next to a commercial square, which has a restaurant on the terrace, people in the restaurant can look to the patio of the house, which limits the privacy a little. In addition, they sometimes have special events with music that is heard in the courtyard of the house.

An outdoor dining area is featured under a bamboo-covered patio, with colorful papel picado decorations hanging overhead. A circular table is set for dining, surrounded by white chairs. Soft lighting creates a warm ambience as the sun sets, illuminating the surrounding palm trees.

Beach Front Villa (Recently Remodeled)

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. 3 of the 4 bedrooms have ocean front views and outdoor living. All of the rooms have bathrooms. You can hear the waves at the beach or walk to what feels like a private beach. During turtle season, you can walk along the beach to see turtles released or whale watch from the deck while they migrate. It is our pleasure to share our beautifully remodeled home.
