This newly renovated 2nd story house has it all. Gourmet kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, patio, balcony, among many other amenities. Just 2 blocks away from the central plaza in Cayey and walking distance to all the downtown amenities including "La Casita de La Musica" and the main cathedral. House is a short 30 minute drive to Caguas, Salinas, Guayama and 45 minute drive to SJU airport and Old San Juan. The house is surrounded by local bars that can get loud especially Sat and Sun evenings.
