Built in 1924, this folkhouse in the traditional Echigo Chumon-zukuri has been beautifully restored using ceramics. On the first floor, you’ll find ceramic artworks such as an irori (sunken hearth), kamado (traditional stove), washbasin, and bath each crafted by Japan’s leading ceramic artists. We have 8 tatami rooms and 2 bedrooms. The nearest ski lift is the Nagasaka gondola-link Double ( No.19). You can get to the lift on foot in 3 minutes. There are some restaurants around here. Also, you can go to the main street in Nozawa in 15 minutes. Our guest rooms are private accommodations, but the bathrooms and shower rooms are shared facilities. 【Access to the B&B】 It takes 20 minutes by the Nozawa liner bus from the Iiyama station. The nearest bus stop is the Nakao.
