Holiday rentals with a kayak in Toledo Bend Reservoir

Tim’s rental property was perfect. There was plenty of room both inside and outside for adults and kids. The boat dock had a paddle boat and kayak that kept the kids entertained while on the property. The home itself was so spacious, clean, and welcoming. Tim’s place will definitely be top of the list for future stays on Toledo Bend.

Great cabin, clean , accommodating several guest. We had originally reserved for 2 guest . By computer I made a change in guest number adding 3 making a total of 5 overnight guest. This didn’t reach the host and we were confronted by the owner who lives next door. I would suggest physically reaching out to the host for any reservation changes to avoid any confrontations. There were lots of things to do, such as kayak, paddle boat and dock for fishing. Overall great stay.

Such a cute place on a quiet cove. Loved the layout of the house, and the location. Nice neighborhood, beautiful cove filled with wildlife, the geese had all their babies and it was fun to watch.

This was perfect for our family. Probably the best stay cation we have ever had. We brought our boat and tubes. The boat launch is next door and the boat house was perfect. We fished, swam, dove off of the boat house. The water is 17 ft deep at the end of the dock. The hot tub and outdoor T.V. along with all the decks was just absolutely beautiful. Lots of space for a large family to cook and enjoy the outdoors. The house is perfect, the beds are comfortable. We cooked every meal and never left unless it was on the boat. Kitchen is very well stocked for the avid cook. Would definitely recommend. I felt like I was in the movie Grown ups. Definitely a fun family location. Host is very responsive and friendly. You can't go wrong with this listing.

Amber is a great host. She’s very responsive and helpful. The house looks as nice as the pictures shown. They have all kinds of board games for kids and adults. Also, they have a kayak, tubes and a water pad for the water in the back yard. The kids had a blast with them. I would definitely book this place again. I would recommend this place to any small/large groups.

Beautiful view! This was the perfect place to get away and relax for the weekend. Host stopped by shortly after we arrived and replaced some defective kayaks. The house is tucked away and private for the most part. My favorite feature was the dock, it was nice being able to lay out and relax. Views are amazing, especially at sunset! Thank you for having us!!

Such a great place to stay, that we came back! The location is perfect and the views are amazing! Love that we can park our boat out front and the kids could swim. The kayaks and the hot tub were a plus! Highly recommend staying at Outer Banks!

The cozy cottage was just as it says cozy and just like home! Trish our host was more than Awesome and helped with anything we needed! the cottage was clean,cozy and just out right perfect! the boat house was awesome for fishing off of and storing my boat when I couldn't fish cause of weather keeping it dry. the location is in the perfect spot for some of the best fishing on the lake with out having to Travel far in your boat. the beds were very comfortable along with everything else that you could possibly need. the screened in porch was to die for and we spent alot of time just setting out and looking at the water and scenery all and all it made our 25th anniversary a very special one and we definitely recommend cause we will sure be going back !!

This place was perfect for what we went for. My husbands birthday was yesterday so we went this past weekend Friday-Sunday. We had quite a few people and it fit all of us and had everything we needed! Had zero problems over all. We loved the kayaks. My husband and I stayed in the master bedroom. We slept great! 10/10 would recommend!!

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. Marsha greeted us with a warm welcome. She gave us a tour of the property and was very helpful. My son is still talking about her muffins she made for us on our arrival! I will definitely be back and thanks for a wonderful experience!

This place was a great mini getaway for us. We had a small situation when we first arrived- absolutely nothing that was detrimental to our stay, and the managing staff was super sweet and quick to assist in the matter and made it right immediately. Such a kind group of people to do business with. We enjoyed our stay!

We rented the cute cabin for 4 nights. Fished and rested. Cooked supper at night. We fished a lot and caught a lot. Nice stay!

Beautiful views. Great cabin. Better than pics show. Clean clear water and a wonderful dock. We docked our bass boat overnight, steps to the house. My picky wife enjoyed as well.

A great get away for lake life! Great furnishing, cleanliness and a very unique cabin! All around a great little cabin that we will definitely be coming back. Good parking for the truck and boat with all the conveniences anyone or fisherman would want. We loved the swing on the porch and the beautiful view. This cabin was perfect and cozy.

Lovely stay in this family lakeside cabin. It was quiet, relaxing, and had a wonderful view over the water. It was a great base for our guided fishing charter.
