This 130-year-old house was a finalist in the Reconstruction Awards held by the Old House Restoration Association. The interior has been completely renovated, with fiber optic Wi-Fi and a sauna (for 1-2 people). Parking is available for 4 vehicles. It is recommended for family trips, remote work, and as a base for long-term stays. It is also an ideal base for sightseeing, as it is about 90 minutes to Nikko on a regular road, about 60 minutes to Ashikaga Flower Park, and about 30 minutes to Tochikiki Family Land, an amusement park. It is about 10 minutes to the nearby golf course, and about 10-15 minutes to large supermarkets such as Aeon and convenience stores. We can accommodate up to 4 guests, but the base price is for up to 2 guests. We charge an additional 5,000 yen per person for additional guests. Please be sure to let us know when you book if you are having a BBQ. Please bring your own charcoal. Out of consideration for our neighbors, the following activities are strictly prohibited. ・ BBQ after the sun has gone down - BBQ in front of the house - Fireworks ・ Playing loud music, etc., indoors or outdoors ・ Making noise outside after the sun has gone down ・ Drinking and making loud noises ・ Loud conversations indoors after 10 pm Please book only if you are willing to comply with these rules.

This is a single rental villa with a dog run in Kiyokawa Village, the only village in Kanagawa. The Koayu River flows right next to it, and you can hear the pleasant sound of the river during your stay. From the large terrace connected to the living room of the fully renovated villa, the lawn and countryside spread out in front of you, creating a pleasant space. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you can enjoy the best time in nature, watching the stars in an infinity chair, taking a bath in the open air after a sauna, and having a BBQ. The tent sauna has a rain cover on the chimney, so you can enjoy the sauna even if it rains a little. You can enjoy the private sauna with Satoyama Aroma Lowry as many times as you like during your stay. The terrace has an opening and closing awning, so you can enjoy a BBQ on the terrace even if it rains a little. We recommend that you stay overnight and relax in the sauna and BBQ during the day. The BBQ, sauna, pizza pot, and fire pit, which were previously paid, are now all free of charge. Firewood is also free of charge. We renovated the old house where my grandmother once lived as much as possible with our own hands. Kujukuri Beach, which is a short walk away, is a memorable place where relatives and friends have gathered and had a lively time. I wanted to make it a place full of smiles again, like it was back then, so I've been working on it little by little. Now, with high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi and a sauna, it is a space where you can relax with your family, couples, and friends. One of the charming things about this house is that the cats that live nearby visit the garden at will. It is the perfect location for those who want to enjoy a quiet time by the sea.
