A Perfect Getaway in Nikiti! Our stay at the hilltop villa in Nikiti was absolutely unforgettable! The location is truly stunning—perched above the town, it offers a breathtaking, panoramic view of the sea and surrounding landscape. Every morning felt like a postcard moment! The villa itself is spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. Each room is thoughtfully designed, making it feel like a true home away from home. The private swimming pool was a highlight—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We also loved how close the villa is to old Nikiti town. It’s just a short drive or even a walk away, with charming stone streets, tavernas, and local shops full of character and history. A special thanks to our hosts, Ben and Artemis, for their quick, friendly, and efficient communication from start to finish. They made everything so easy and stress-free, and their hospitality really stood out. Highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a serene and luxurious escape!

Although the house was a little small for a family of three, the hosts were very friendly. They were very friendly and hospitable to us. Mark provided very nice local recommendations. The beach right in front of the house was very clean and calm. I would say it is an ideal home for those who want to have a quiet vacation.

But what truly made this trip special were the hosts themselves. Angelis and Kyriaki are, without a doubt, the best hosts we’ve ever had on Airbnb. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly warm and welcoming, treating us not just as guests but like friends. They generously offered complimentary drinks, snacks, and even delicious homemade jam. They were always quick to respond to any question we had, but what truly touched us was the care they showed for our toddler. They had prepared toys and thoughtful touches just for her, which made us feel so at home. If you’re looking for not only a beautiful place to stay but also an experience filled with genuine hospitality, this is the place. This is one of the best places we have stayed. The apartment is well designed with modern furniture inside, a comfortable bed and lots of crockery and kitchen utensils. The outside balcony and the views from inside are stunning. We will miss waking up and looking at the view from bed!! It is a quiet area so sleeping at night is a dream. Parking is easy and the town offers lots of shops and restaurants. It is an easy walk into town and along to the next bay for even more choice of restaurants. If you have a car it is worth driving over to the other side of the peninsula for a range of different coves and beaches. Getting into the apartment is really easy with an electronic keypad on the door handle. Vagelis gave excellent information and was easy to contact. There is always hot water and the shower is modern and powerful. The washing machine also works well. We would highly recommend this apartment for anyone who wants to explore the area.

Had great time at this apartment. Instructions on how to get inside were clear. The place is clean and looks just like the photos. Apartment is located right at the center of Pefkochori, but because of its placement it’s still very quiet and relaxing. It takes you two-three minutes to get to the comfortable beach. Restaurants around are great and the guide that host gave us was helpful. Communication with host was easy, friendly, they responded quickly and with care. I would definitely recommend it.
