The cottage is just as advertised. Very clean, very comfortable, very charming. Only stayed one night. Sorry we didn’t plan to stay longer.

lovely place for a little getaway. not too far from local strip shops on jetty road. spa was great! the place itself is very clean and peaceful. had a wonderful stay. will definitely return..

Nice place with great amenities. The hot tub was amazing. The fire place was perfect under the stars and the tent was a special touch. Inside the house, the rooms were spacious, the bed was comfy and they even provide some board games. There’s also a big driveway for the cars to park securely inside. It’s pet friendly and the check in was also flexible. The location is great for exploring as everything is a short drive away. Some considerations and feedback for improvements: - The internet was slow, I wasnt able to take calls properly for work - There is no dish washer, and you must wash the dishes by hand. - Inside the tent could use some minor touch ups Overall we enjoyed our stay and the place had lots to offer.

Had a lovely stay over the anzac weekend. Beautiful view of the valleys and surrounding forest. Had some friendly visitors; cockatoos, kangaroos and a possum! Accommodation was very neat and tidy, and there was plenty of wood in the wood box which made our weekend very cosy by the fire. Only 5 minute drive to town so loved the location.

This the third or fourth time we have stayed at the cottage. Needless to say we enjoy it very much. It is a great location for us we can walk to everything and a short drive for our dog to run on the beach! The cottage is super comfortable and the heating works exceptionally well (needed it this weekend!) All the amenities are good for us and make our stay comfortable. Being able to walk to the restaurants and Main St in a couple of minutes is very relaxing. Terry is a great host and makes the whole process very straightforward. A lovely relaxing stay at a very cute cottage in a great location. The cottage was set up well with all the amenities you could need. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

We had a great stay at Kat’s place. The cottage is well set up, roomy, centrally located (though still quiet) and was spotlessly clean. There are a lot of great eating places a short walk away. Also appreciated being able to check in a little earlier. Thanks again Kat - would definitely recommend your place to family and friends.

Great place, extremely cosy for a get away with friends. Epic view and close to the Wye river hotel which is perfect for dinner. Rained all weekend but we were very warm and cosy inside when home. Jen could not be more helpful, with quick responses throughout the stay. Would recommend!

Very clean house, beautifully decorated with everything you could possibly need for a holiday. Every amenity was thought of. Well contained and safe backyard for dogs. Kate was very friendly and always responsive. Will definitely stay again!

We LOVED our stay at Kay’s summer house. We got wonderful holiday vibes from the moment we stepped inside the cute cottage - and our pups loved the large fenced in backyard. The house was super clean and easily the most well appointed and equipped Airbnb so far!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A cozy, welcoming cottage with a beautiful timber finish inside that gave it a warm, homely feel. The garden was full of colour and charm, and the fresh muffins and fully stocked fridge were such thoughtful touches. The hosts were lovely and very responsive — we felt well looked after from start to finish.

Kate and Evan have a BEAUTIFUL property. They were extremely helpful and friendly upon checking in. The cottage we stayed in was beautiful, peaceful and felt very warm and homey. We enjoyed walking around the property and seeing the animals and gardens. Most importantly the stay was dog friendly for our two golden retrievers. Their friendly Labrador Cesar was a great host and greeted us, showed us around the property and kept the Goldie’s good company. Highly recommend a stay at SoHo Estate!

Had a wonderful week at Willow Gum Cottage. A great central spot on Mornington Peninsular. Also a great spot to stay away from the hustle and bustle but within a close drive to everything. The cottage was cosy and homely beautiful and clean and had everything you could want and more. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. Greg and Jane were fabulous hosts. We were left a lovely note and snacks on our arrival and of course there was the Alpacas Zeus and Rocketman to welcome us each day.

We loved our stay, it was so peaceful but also close to amenities and lovely wineries. The place was perfect for a long weekend in winter.
