Loft on the top floor with excellent view and sunny position. Great location: Cal beach, three blocks from the sea and Guarita Park. Minimalist environment, seeks to provide rest and warmth. It has air conditioning, a ceiling fan and Wi-Fi. TV 43" com Prime Video, Max, Netflix, Disney+, Star+, Globoplay and Youtube. Coffee maker for Nespresso capsules and 2 bikes. Private garage, elevator and party room with barbecue next to the terrace. Let the memories begin.

The Loft was designed for the greatest comfort, with custom-made furniture, new household appliances, blender, electric coffee maker, electric bottle, fruit juicer, toaster, thermos, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner. Located 300 meters from Praia da Cal, and Guarita Park, the most beautiful nature of Torres. The location is really excellent, close to a mini-market, bakery, butcher shop and bakery. Also nearby is an excellent pizzeria, Srº. & Srª Lucchese.

We are located in the center of the main tourist attractions of the most beautiful beach in RS, where we have, in addition to the practicality of getting to any tourist spot on foot, or by bicycle, we have the tranquility of living in a calm, safe and quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, where our neighbor is the Lagoa do Violão, where we renew our energies daily. Small pets, 9 kg, spayed or neutered, are welcome.

Kitnet zero km at Cal Beach. 50 meters from the beach.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Fully furnished kitnet with swimming pool in the leisure area, 50 meters from the nicest beach in Torres. Close to Morro do Farol and Parque da Guarita. Ap set up in Sep/23. NOTE: It is a double bed and a sofa bed. The location on the site is not matching reality. The loft is 50 meters from the sea, on Rua Cruzeiro do Sul.
