The first floor has two bedrooms with two semi-double beds and one bedroom with two single beds, accommodating a total of six people. It is fully equipped with one bathroom, two toilets, and a kitchen-dining area.There is a refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, and electric kettle, as well as a large dining table and a large TV, making it ideal for gatherings.The second floor has two Japanese-style rooms with tatami mats and sliding doors, two semi-double beds, and can accommodate a total of four people. There is one bathroom, one toilet, and a living room, and the rooms are equipped with air conditioning and air purifiers.The washbasin has a double bowl with a lighted mirror, the entrance has a keypad smart lock, and free parking (two cars in a row) and free Wi-Fi are also available. We are renovating it to make it comfortable for modern people to use, while maintaining the good points of an old house. It features a space where old and new materials coexist and you can feel the natural environment, including the garden. Even large groups can use it comfortably. This is a renovated 120-year-old private house in the traditional streets of Takaoka City, Toyama Prefecture (Yamamachi Suji).Located about a 10-minute walk from Takaoka Station, it also has good transport access from Toyama, Kanazawa, Amahara Kaigan, Himi, Tonami, and Joetsu.If you have a car, you can quickly access Noto, the World Heritage site of Gokayama and Shirakawa-go, the Kurobe Tateyama Alpine Route, and sightseeing in Takayama. The house is surrounded by my favorite garden flowers and is full of greenery. There are many tall trees around that are 300-400 years old, covered in greenery, and birds chirping at any time are singing. The interior is beautifully finished with favorite accessories, antique stands, retro music boxes, furniture, etc. The room is created with large glass windows, and the surrounding greenery and sky are very beautiful and full of openness. The bus from Toyama Station is 15 minutes. The house is 5-6 minutes from Toyama IC by car, and there are many restaurants along the road. You can get to Toyama Station in 15 minutes to the north and Takayama in 90 minutes to the south on National Route 41. Toyama Airport is 3 km from the house and can be reached in 5 minutes.

"Yoko's Inn Wakuwaku" is a "separate" inn adjacent to the creative home cooking restaurant "Wakuwaku", limited to one group per day. There is a private entrance.
