Located in the middle of Toyama Prefecture, it is convenient for sightseeing in the east, west, south and north. To the east is the Tateyama mountain range, Niigata prefecture, to the south is Nagano, Hida Furukawa in Gifu prefecture, Takayama, Gokayama, to the west is Ishikawa prefecture, and to the north is Toyama city and Toyama bay, so you can get to the sea in about an hour. Spring begins with new greenery, fuki no to, plums, and a variety of wildflowers bloom, and there are the blessings of nature. There are many flowers in the garden in May and June, so please enjoy a walk. It is hot in summer, but there is a river breeze and many trees, so the shade is cool. You can also enjoy fishing in the Shintsu River that flows right next to the house. This is a renovated 120-year-old private house in the traditional streets of Takaoka City, Toyama Prefecture (Yamamachi Suji).Located about a 10-minute walk from Takaoka Station, it also has good transport access from Toyama, Kanazawa, Amahara Kaigan, Himi, Tonami, and Joetsu.If you have a car, you can quickly access Noto, the World Heritage site of Gokayama and Shirakawa-go, the Kurobe Tateyama Alpine Route, and sightseeing in Takayama. The bus from Toyama Station is 15 minutes. The house is 5-6 minutes from Toyama IC by car, and there are many restaurants along the road. You can get to Toyama Station in 15 minutes to the north and Takayama in 90 minutes to the south on National Route 41. Toyama Airport is 3 km from the house and can be reached in 5 minutes.

"Yoko's Inn Wakuwaku" is a "separate" inn adjacent to the creative home cooking restaurant "Wakuwaku", limited to one group per day. There is a private entrance.
