Fishing license is available on site, boat is available to rent for SEK 150 per day. Proximity to skiing and activity facilities. Possibility to rent a wood-fired hot tub for 2 days for SEK 1000. The house is connected to our residential house with access to a large garden with free-range chickens. We are hospitable and happy to offer stories and information about the area. Cozy cottage in the countryside with nice views and beautiful nature. Rural kitchen and bathroom with sauna on the lower floor. The cottage has a patio with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Exit from the kitchen to the balcony. One double bedroom and a living room are on the second floor. In the living room there is also TV & DVD, as well as a balcony overlooking the pond. The nearest neighbor is the farm's main building, where we live, a family with two adults and two children, as well as a dog and a cat. The nearest swimming area is in Nittorp, 3 km.

There is a large plot with room for play, and a large trampoline! Or come to enjoy the peace and quiet, and the beautiful view of the lake, which is almost magical, especially at sunset.

I gränslandet till Småland hittar ni vår vackra kålgårdstuga mitt i grönskan. I hagarna runt Kålgårdsstugan där hästar och får betar porlar bäckarna. På gården finns en stor trädgård med många rum och sittplatser som man kan ta del av. Här kan du koppla av och bara mysa eller bo hos oss för trevliga utflykter.
