Located close to the walled village citadel and the fortified church - the landmark of the village - the house bears the name of its last owner (the Folberth house). Lazy Cottage is located on the "The valley of beauty" ( Sebes valley ) in the Village of Laz, Alba, on the start of the Transalpina Road next to the river Sebes. It is what we call a "Home away from home" for whomever chooses to visit us, because you'll find here everything you'll need in a household and a bit more. For the rainy and cold days there is also a fireplace to keep you warm and cozy and a bunch of board games to choose from. Since we love pets, they are welcome as well !

Located in the middle of the nature and near Bezid Lake, the place is ideal for families or groups that want to enjoy nature and the heart of Transilvania. It is close to Sovata, Sighisoara and Tirgu Mures, about half of hour by car. This house was reconditioned by us, many pieces in the house were build or refurbished. We ofer a big garden where kids can play. We have two ponies, cows and donkeys. We have a big backyard with vegetables in the summer.

Stunning House on the Hill Beautiful traditional Transylvanian wood house completely renovated with modern details! Situated on the hill, 300m off the E60 highway, this wood house from 1810s was fully renovated in 2016 by us. We included all modern conforts: floor heating, air conditioning, high end bathroom and beds. The kitchen is equipped at the minimum level with a sink, a small refrigerator and a coffee machine.
