"Leeward House" is our waterfront home with canal access & dockage included(17' max beam), water & shore-power(30/50 amp) additional cost. Leeward house comes fully equipped with everything you need, a on-island manager to assist with any issues or needs you may have, so come explore Treasure cay and the surroundings islands! We have two homes that are directly across the street from one another. "Windward House" is across the street with with 200'+ of private beach at your disposal.

A bright bedroom is fitted with a spacious bed dressed in neutral linens, accompanied by decorative pillows. Two window units provide natural light, while a ceiling fan adds comfort. A bedside table with a lamp and a wooden dresser with decorative bird sculptures are visible.
