Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Trebbia

As others have said—all of the reviews are spot on! A unique setting in the countryside about 30 minutes drive to Parma on mountain roads, beautiful historic building and grounds (with tastefully updated bathrooms to go with the historic charm, plus even a clothes washer and dryer you can access, a rarity in Italy), and a consummate host in Maria Teresa. Using her knowledge and connections to get personalized tours of smaller local parmigiano and prosciutto factories was a real highlight, and we especially enjoyed the nearby Torrechiara castle as well. The kids loved her animals too. 10/10 stay!

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und gepflegt. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügte über ein eigenes Badezimmer und eine Klimaanlage. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und eignete sich zum Kochen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der grossartige Infinity-Pool mit einer atemberaubender Aussicht. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Der Strand und der Bahnhof sind etwa 15 Minuten entfernt, allerdings ist der Weg dorthin steil und mit vielen Treppenstufen verbunden. Die Zufahrt zum Airbnb erfolgt über einen schmalen Weg, der mit dem Auto erreichbar ist, jedoch nicht für tiefgelegte Fahrzeuge geeignet ist. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und hatten unvergessliche Ferien. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Posto tranquillo e rilassante, perfetto per una rigenerazione. In quei luoghi si torna indietro nel tempo a quando eravamo piccoli, il tempo rallenta ed é piacevole apprezzare stupendi panorami e le architetture del paese. La casa é ben tenuta, pulita e carina e la signora Claudia molto disponibile. Torneremo.

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche mit vier Erwachsenen und zwei Babys in der schönen Unterkunft verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich, der Garten wunderschön und großzügig, der Blick sagenhaft und die Ruhe ein Genuss. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und die Kommunikation war während des gesamten Aufenthalts sehr schnell und hilfreich - auch bezüglich Tipps für Restaurants oder Ausflugsziele. Wir kommen gerne wieder, herzlichen Dank!

We had a wonderful stay! The view over the vineyards is absolutely stunning, and the pool was a real highlight – perfect for relaxing. Alberto was very kind and helpful, which made us feel really welcome. There are also some great restaurants nearby, which was a big plus. The only small downside was that the beds were a bit worn-out, but everything else more than made up for it.

This accommodation was so incredible , I actually got teary eyed when the host opened the house up for us , We felt like we were in a fairy tale . The views are panoramic and breath taking . You can see a castle across the valley ! It’s a quiet tranquil town , with interesting history . The house is charming and decorated very tastefully . My kids are already talking about how they want to come back some day . Thank you again ❤️

Echt een prachtig appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien! Op een zeer centrale locatie, met rustige omgeving. Ik zou hier absoluut nog eens komen en dit appartement (en Raffaella) zeker aanbevelen. De communicatie was snel en heel fijn.

Excellent logement a proximité de tout a pied. La gare est à moins de 5 mn. idéal pour les visites de villages. Fabio a pris beaucoup de temps pour nous donner les conseils afin de découvrir la région

Heerlijke accommodatie met fantastisch uitzicht. Elias en Egle hebben ons goed geholpen met nuttige tips in de omgeving. Ook kwamen ze ons ophalen bij aankomst zodat wij achter ze aan konden rijden en we direct goed zouden rijden, erg gewaardeerd. Absoluut een aanrader!

Chiara was such a responsive, wonderful host and reminded me of the good ol days of Airbnb! She had fabulous restaurant recommendations, helped us make reservations, and made our trip to Camogli easy with kids. Apartment is up 6 flights of stairs; but the view is worth it!!! Stunning views of the sea and town. Bedrooms are quiet, the kids had no issues. AC was a welcome treat. Kitchen is small, but serviceable, had a dishwasher; we didn’t cook much and enjoyed eating out. We fell in love with Camogli and the people. We’d absolutely return and book Chiara’s place again.

The apartment is in a terrific location, an easy walk to great restaurants, coffee shops and bars, as well as being centrally located for all the great sites and attractions of Milan. The apartment itself is fantastic. Very spacious and anyone who loves 20th century design will love it! Davide is a very responsive host, very helpful and quick to return messages, and Mario gave us a very warm welcome with all the information needed to make our stay and easy and enjoyable one. Thank you Davide, Mario and Elisabetta for a wonderful stay!

The place was great for our group of six people. The proximity to the train station was a plus. The stairs leading up to the apartment were easy to climb with our small lugguage items. The place looks exactly how it is in pictures. Gianni was responsive and extremely helpful! He arranged the standing fan for the third room since it had no ceiling fan. His recommendation to park our car in public parking was also apt. There are two bathrooms however there is only one shower panel. The other bathroom has a jacuzzi instead which meant that shower there would flood the bathroom. This could probably be fixed with a shower curtain since one shower panel between six people is a stretch. Overall our group had soo much fun and we can recommend Gianni's place to anyone visiting Cinque Terre! Note- that there is 3Euro per person per night tourist tax which was needed to be left in cash box while checkout. We were not aware of this but managed to find some cash.

Million dollar view. Marco and Laura are the most wonderful hosts and we would happily return to this lovely property. They went out of their way to accommodate us and our guests. The property was exactly what we needed: being two, two bedroom houses, side-by-side; we had privacy, as did our guests. The property is well equipped and we enjoyed using the fire bbq, the pool, playing pool in the evenings. Cooking was delightful, using an extensive array of herbs and vegetation from the garden, planted by Marco and Laura. Our hosts have filled cupboards with towels for the house and for use at the pool and there is a washing machine in each property and a clothes line for drying. The wifi is good. Warm evenings sat at the al fresco patio table, with an exceptional view of snowy mountains and a mountain rock that inspired Dante’s Inferno, is very special. We had a very lovely and relaxing time at the Villa. Diego was a friendly and helpful host and provided many great tips about the area. We visited in winter so the neighborhood was particularly quiet. The views of the lake were magnificent! The only suggestion would be a more modern TV and WiFi that reaches through the whole house. Outside of that, a very special property. Having a car is a must given the distance from the nearest village.

Andrea ist ein super netter Vermieter, der immer Tipps für Essen oder Ausflüge parat hat. Er war stets super freundlich und schnell erreichbar. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und wunderschön gelegen. Sie is mit Liebe dekoriert. Wir hatten täglich einen atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergang. Das Haus ist schön kühl an sehr heißen Tagen. Auch unsere beiden Hunde haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

We were so lucky to stay at Isabella’s beautiful space this past weekend as a group of friends celebrating a birthday. The home and surroundings was even more beautiful than the photos, and was the perfect space for a large group of friends or a few families. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and their decoration was so charming. The outdoor pool was the perfect place to spend sunny summer afternoons, along with the many terraces. Isabella herself was so warm and welcoming - from the moment we arrived we felt at home and she was able to answer any questions we had for help. We ate one evening where Isabella’s husband cooked for us and the food was so delicious and the “restaurant” terrace to sit was so beautiful. We were also very lucky to get to meet the many lovely animals including Brando and the two barn kittens - a highlight for the group. It would be our dream to return one day - thank you so much Isabella!

Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche in Albertos bezauberndem Appartement verbracht. Alberto ist unglaublich angenehmem und fürsorglich. Das ehemalige Kloster mit seinem grünen Innenhof ist eine ruhige Oase inmitten der Stadt. Alle Räume und der Garten sind liebevoll gestaltet und sehr gepflegt. Ideal als Ausgangspunkt um die vielen interessanten Städte in der Umgebung zu erkunden oder sich eine kleine Auszeit zu nehmen.

Das Haus ist ein kleines Paradies in mitten der Natur. Für die Hunde war es ein Traum, sie konnten sich den ganzen Tag frei bewegen. Denen hat es mindestens genauso gefallen wie uns 😍 Das gesamte Haus & garten sind makellos gepflegt. Die Einrichtung auch absolut ausreichend und heimelig. Wir haben uns von anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Lara ist auch eine super nette Gastgeberin. Die Antwort kam immer prompt und sie war sehr herzlich. Sie hat uns alles möglich gemacht. My family and I have just returned from a wonderful week's stay at Federico's villa. In the months and weeks running up to our trip, Federico was always very responsive & accomodating regarding our queries. We also really valued the local tips he had provided too. When we first arrived at the villa, we could not believe how beautiful it was. It looks great in the photos, but it's actually even more impressive in real life. The view, the pool, the terrace and interior of the villa were all outstanding. Everything you need is in the villa, it has all been well thought out. As someone who has roots in this area and has been visiting here for years, this really felt like a home from home. We were super sad to leave, as we had such a fantastic experience. We hope to return again next year! Thanks again for opening your wonderful home to us Federico, it is a real Emilian gem!
