Villa holiday rentals in Trelawny Parish

The house was incredible, the rooftop terrace was a great retreat for my children, and proximity to the beach was great. But best of all. was the housekeeper, Ms. Sadie. Ms. Sadie was not only a great cook and very accommodating making a variety of great plant based alkaline meals, desserts, frozen drinks, and sweet treats. The place was cleaned daily and meals and snacks made fresh. I cant say enough about Ms. Sadie, she made this already awesome house feel like HOME!! I would definitely recommend this home to any family desiring a personalized private retreat and vacation experience.

Our stay was amazing! The house was immaculate and felt like a cozy haven. Our host, Notoya, was incredibly helpful and provided clear instructions. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

We loved staying in Silver Sands, who ever stays in the Silver Sands estate you will not be disappointed! Their private beach is AMAZING, the beach water is crystal clear, with different shades of blue across the whole entire beach. The sand is WHITE and the best thing of all it is a quiet beach with hardly any people at the around! To make things better, beach came with a private bar/restaurant and with a souvenir shop. My and my 5 girls stayed in Sunrise Villa - very near the entrance, it was a beautiful villa with 3 bedrooms (one king, queen and 2 single sized beds - each room has an AC), and two showers and toilets. The pictures of the house are exactly as described, the kitchen came with all the equipment it shoes as well as the living room. Dawn the cook/housekeeper, was very nice and kind, she tidied our beds, cleaned the house, washed our clothes and cooked us food everyday. Lisa Marie was also very helpful, whenever there was arising issue (just one or two) she would help me in a few minutes. She was also very helpful in providing advice on the hotspots and good restaurants with local food. I recommend this house to anyone looking for a chilled out break! The villa is very very quiet! Denton’s place had the most beautiful vibe, truly an oasis. I would highly reccomend Denton and Falmouth Oasis!

Exford is a great host. The house was very clean and better than pictured. It certainly met our expectations and our bridal party enjoyed the time spent there. Exford was very considerate and allowed us a very flexible check in and Check out. His property manager Joshua seems to live onsite but was very respectful of our space and helpful with any concerns. Would certainly recommend!

We had a great time at Natoya’s place! The home was beautiful, clean, and in a very secure gated community on a hill. We felt completely safe, even at night, with armed security always around. Communication was easy, and her husband picked us up and dropped us off at the airport for $15 USD per person after the first two guests (35–40 min ride). We were four—three adults and one child—and appreciated the local snacks left for us. On our first day, before we got our rental (which you’ll need), her husband brought us patties—so kind, as we hadn’t gotten groceries yet. If you walk 2 km down the hill, there’s a 24h grocery store, restaurants, Glistening Waters, and vendors. Avoid the coconut man by the jerk stand—he overcharges, even for locals like me! The kitchen was well-equipped, but it would be nice to have regular drinking glasses. We even became friendly with the lovely security guards. Overall, a safe, comfortable stay. Highly recommend as it’s just as describe. Would return again!

Had a great stay, the place was peaceful, had a great scenery

Notoya was one of the best hosts I’ve had in a while! I felt that she was genuinely eager to make sure that I was enjoying my stay and she checked in with what she could do to make it better. On top of that, we got to stay in this beautiful airbnb, very clean, awesome location, and in the middle of paradise. It was very clean, super comfortable and cute and felt like a home away from home. If you’re thinking about staying here, I would definitely do it! :)

Roots villa is a magical spot. and we had a wonderful stay. The place was very clean, spacious with an excellent view of the carribean sea. All the bedrooms have air-conditioning and are very comfortable. The master bedroom even has a large window with a breathtaking view of the ocean. The staff that are included are very friendly and make excellent, authentic jamaican food. It's well situated, especially if you choose to do some of the most popular excursions, for example it's right by the glistening waters and dunns river falls is only a 30min drive. The beach near- by is crystal clear with great snorkeling and never crowded. Lastly, the Villa is in a gated community and feels very safe. Overall our family had a marvelous stay at Roots Villa. I highly recommend and will definitely return!

Notoya and Damien were very kind & welcoming! I stayed at their place with my large family, before we moved to a resort to wed me off. It was the perfect experience of Jamaican hospitality. The breakfast & the chef was fantastic. We are Caribbean, so it was great having food that represented the country! Notoya was able to readily assist with any ask we had, as far as having her hubby assist me with getting Jamaican style gifts for my wedding party. I’d definitely stay in their property on my next trip. It’s perfectly spacious for a family of 6.

When we arrived, staff was waiting for us with beautiful smiles and welcomes. The view is absolutely beautiful and the house very clean. The purpose of this vacation was to celebrate my husband's 80th birthday and R & R. The chef made a cake and with the view the R & R was very easy. The only downfall was the weather (it rained a lot) but we made the best of it because it was still warm. Worth every penny and very pleased.

Great location and beautiful surroundings. We have a great time and is worth a visit. Highly recommended! The only thing I can suggest to the owners - is to renovate the place (specifically a kitchen).

Beautiful home for our Christmas family reunion. Vanessa was an amazing help with cleaning and organizing mealtime. The lovely room set up, allowed for our local Chef Richard 808.8953 to stay on the 1st floor so we had fresh breakfast every morning and came home to dinner in the evenings. Chukka Good Hope was 30 minutes away for excursions. It was an amazing stay. My family said it the best Christmas they’ve ever had. I highly highly recommend.

Great place. Quiet. The pics look exactly on the site. Worth every penny. When Ms . Janel calls you closer to the date of arrival, let them do the grocery shopping and arrange transportation service. So much easier.

As soon as you step onto Miss P’s place the stress begins to melt away. Greetings by the friendly staff paved the way for a carefree time. I visited with my daughter and her bestie for a triple Virgo birthday celebration. The place is well appointed, which included everything from sunscreen, Off bug repellant, to a blow dryer for my fro-hawk. The 2 minute walk to the beach and delicious food prepared by the staff laid the foundation for the Zen we needed. The biggest decision we made was what to have for lunch! I ran every morning around the quiet neighborhood. My young adult travel companions loved it!! and are already lobbying to make it annual event. Highly Recommend!

Kara Kay Airbnb is one of the best airbnb that I’ve stayed so far, the place is beautiful quiet and so easy to find and very close to a lot of local restaurants and attractions, she’s always checks in to ensure that everything is going well and that you’re okay and doesn’t need anything, I’d definitely recommend staying at her airbnb and I would most definitely be rebooking to stay there. Thanks again for having us Kara it was a great stay.

The home was amazing. It had enough space for the kids to run around without worrying about them breaking stuff, so that was a great plus for us. the rooms where spacious enough for everyone. I will definitely be visiting again.

Wow!!! Very difficult to say a few words. Been to many resorts etc, but the service, the beauty and cleanliness of the house and surroundings were really breathtaking. The property manager Dev was beyond greatness! He made everything so simple. The pickup and drop off were on the button. The interior and amenities were beautiful, modern, Netflix!!!! The couch in the living room was soooo comfortable. Hands down..this is my place to be anytime I visit Jamaica!!!!! Thank you Romaine & Dev for your AWESOME service.

This was first stay at this beautiful property, and , it felt just like home. The location is absolutely perfect—just steps away from the beach, making it incredibly easy to enjoy the sea and sand anytime. The home itself is lovely, comfortable, and very well-maintained. The host is warm and accommodating, always making sure everything is just right. A special mention to Karlene and Marva, who are helpful and kind and also amazing cook! I truly can't recommend this place enough and will definitely be returning. One love:)

Eftihia was at the villa when we arrived and extremely welcoming. She and her husband were the best hosts we've ever experienced. They answered all our questions and and drove us to the markets in Duncan's Bay often. Their chef/housekeeper Roxanne was a delight cooking great Jamaican meals and introducing us to native fruits and popular Jamaican seafood. Everything about the villa was just as described with a fully equipped kitchen, an open concept, large bedrooms and bathrooms, several outside sitting areas, including a gazebo which we used daily. The beach was literally a minute to walk. My husband and I would vacation at her villa again!

Amazing vacation spot! Lovely home and wonderful staff that cheerfully took care of all our needs! Will definitely be returning to Valhalla Villa!
