An en-suite with a 1.38-meter massage mattress, desk, custom-built wardrobe with space and hangers to accommodate clothes, air-conditioning, and an extra single mattress. The kitchen is well equipped, with a table for four people, a cooktop stove, and a refrigerator. Bath towels and bed linens are available. NO GARAGE.

The sunset there is beautiful. Pool with solar heating, fireplace , wood stove, barbecue and air conditioning in all rooms. If you have a boat or jet-sky you have access to the lake from the beach, which is close to the house. We have sheets, pillows, dish towels and tablecloths.

We are 30 km from Cascavel, and 3 km from Rio do Salto, in the district of Cascavel. In the district, you will find everything you need, a small market, gas station, pharmacy, bakery... Access here is good and easy.

The apartment is downstairs from my house, but in a separate space. It is small and has a bathroom that is attached to the suite, but it is very clean and well maintained, excellent for families. Close to supermarkets, gas stations, pharmacies, beauty salons, health centers and all local businesses.
