Beautiful house in luxury condominium, near Itaipava, Borgo del Vino restaurant and Celeiro in Areal. The house has 6 bedrooms. In one of the wings, 2 bedrooms and in the other, 4 bedrooms. On the 1st floor, there is a bathroom, a private pool, a gourmet area, a barbecue and a hamburger grill. Fully equipped kitchen. On the 2nd floor, there are 4 bedrooms, including 1 suite, a TV room, a living room, and a social bathroom. All rooms have a ceiling vent and mosquito nets. You have the opportunity to rent the entire space or just the 4-bedroom wing. You decide.
