The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

The South West Coast Path is on your doorstep and St Mawes, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Caerhays etc are all nearby. The property has a large well equipped kitchen diner, hallway with storage space and a comfortable lounge. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and the bathroom has both bath and shower facilities. Ideally situated a short walk from Padstow's harbour with its cosy pubs and famous restaurants. All in all a perfect base from which to explore Padstow, North Cornwall and beyond.

The Laos hut which is a traditional design from the far East is built on stilts to give the shepherds a good view of their flock it also has an amazing panoramic view of the sea and coast it is totally private in its own enclosed field and just 2 fields away from the coastal path between Trebarwith and Port Isaac.direct access to Tregardock beach The hut has a small double bed a wood stove and solar lights. no Tv no internet A seperate hut has the shower wc basin and camp kitchen.

Wake up to wide sea views across the coastline towards the legendary castle island. The Loft is a peaceful, romantic retreat for two with its own private path leading directly down to the South West Coast Path and the beach below. Tucked away above the cliffs yet only a short walk from the village, it’s the perfect place for coastal walks, sunsets over the Atlantic and quiet mornings watching the sea. Many guests tell us the view alone makes them never want to leave.

The Nook

The Nook was purpose built in 2019 to be an ideal place for a single person, couple, or family to stay; we also welcome well behaved pets! Newly decorated for 2025 and a short walk from the beach and tidal pool. Close by is a fabulous farm shop for milk, croissants and other essentials. The neighbouring town of Padstow is a couple of minutes away by car or a walk through the fields or along the coast for some world class dining options. There is parking for one car.
