There are two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, with a hide-a-bed queen sleeper and room for a blow up mattress or two in the living room. We have a queen blow up mattress that we will set up if you want to use it. Fully stocked kitchen. Coffee, tea, sugar, oil and other condiments on site. Pets are not allowed. There will be a $250.00 per unauthorized pet. Guest will be evicted.

It has a small kitchen area with a microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker and small refrigerator. It is not designed for full cooking...more for snacks. We can provide a charcoal BBQ. You bring your own charcoal. It is located near the pool and a short stroll to the Trinity River and decks for relaxing.
