We will be glad to offer you our olive oil, olives and seasonal fruit and vegetables. walking around you will appreciate the typical vegetation of our area.

This quiet and discreet property lies on a single private large land plot of 2.300 m2, situated in the prestigious “Aristotle University of Thessaloniki Teaching Staff’s Summer Resort” (in Greek «Οικισμός Καθηγητών Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης»), in Vourvourou (Sithonia Peninsula), Halkidiki. The iHouse is placed on our field in Nea Skioni, right in front of the sea. If you are looking for a place to getaway, relax and enjoy the beauties of nature, then the iHouse is ideal for you! There is a self check in system allocated at the location. You will be provided with all the needed information prior to your arrival.

The villa is situated in front of one of the most beautiful, sandy beaches of Chalkidiki, in the second peninsula, Calogria beach. The villa is an entire home (200 square meters) of three floors in a big garden (700 square meters). We hope that our guests will feel like home. Our house is ideal not only for a family but also for larger groups of friends. The house is also friendly for families with kids as there is a lot of space for them to play.
