Ovaj jedinstven apartman nudi opuštanje na 175m2 površine, od čega je 60m2 unutarnji prostor, 90m2 je vrt s natkrivenom terasom i bazenom, te dva parking mjesta 25m2. Terasa i bazen su natkriveni, a cijeli prostor je ograđen visokom ogradom s ispunom za privatnost. U vrtu je dostupan roštilj, travnata površina za sunčanje i rekreaciju te vanjski tuš.
