After 20 all five star reviews of our house/rooms in 2024 we have decided to expand with an apartment. The new apartment is has its own back entrance: kitchenette, bathroom, living room (including bedroom with high standard double bed + couch (not for sleeping), and jacuzzi. Important: the apartment doesn’t give renters access to the house. Only fitted for 2 people.

Cozy independent Aurora SPA homestay

This tiny guesthouse has the most beautiful view directly from your kitchen and sleeping room window. Since there's no street lights around, it's the perfect place to watch the Aurora and enjoy a relaxing private getaway in the Arctic. We live next door with our 6-year old son and cat. We are at work from 8:00 are at home from about 4:30pm and on weekends. A place you can relax - be alone - chasing Aurora from outside or inside. You can hire the hot tub for NOK 4000+ and have a beautiful view! This is a unique place only 20 minutes from airport (22 km). You have everything you need for a pleasant stay. You can be up to 5 persons sleeping there. Easy to hire car and find the place. The host will meet you if you want, so you will be safe and sure! It is 1 double and 1 single bed room downstairs. 1 double upstairs. wc/washm/shower in bath

Utenfor sentrum, men likevel nært med offentlig transport direkte til Ishavskatedralen, sentrum og Tromsø Skipark. 5 minutter gåavstand til busstopp og 10-15 minutter gåavstand til matbutikk.

Unik premium villa ved sjøen bare 15min fra Tromsø, i et område med omtrent ingen lysforurensning fra nabohus og vei. Eiendommen er ideel for å nyte naturen, padle kajakk, mørket alene og fotografere nordlyset herfra. Både reinsdyr og elg kan oppleves rett utenfor huset. Huset passer til familier eller større grupper som vil oppleve nordlyset, gå på ski/randonee, padle kajakk eller bare nyte naturen. Det er mulig å leie kajakk av verten. Må avtales på forhånd.

Nice house with ideal location build in 2017, 10 minute walk from city centre. Quiet and family friendly street apart from main road. Sunny balcony in 2nd floor that faces south. Nice location and good bus transportation 100 meter from the house that takes you to city centre. If you prefer a walk to the city centre i takes 10-12 minutes. From the city centre you can easily take transport to get to other preferred locations. Huge supermarket 100 meter from house!
